Hello, I'm a recent "born again birder" at the age of 34, having not picked up any bins for more than 20 years! I live on the Channel Island of Guernsey, where we're lucky to have a wide range of habitats to explore and a thriving birding community as well. I get out whenever work and family commitments allow, and have recently treated myself to a DSLR and telephoto lens, so I can bring something home and show people what the fuss is about.
