Eje's Profile

My name is Eric and I am a 75 year old retired plumber living in Portsmouth and with my wife have been bird watching for quite a few years. Since retiring we try to get out most days and are blessed to live where we are and have so many birding areas within easy reach.We started this wonderful pass time at Farlington marshes where we had our very first sighting of a yellow wagtail. This has taken us to so many foreign places including the U.S.A, Israel,Bulgaria,Cyprus, the Greek islands,Switzerland,Spain and Portugal and I only wish I had been more interested in photography then. Now we are getting older we have in recent years had our holidays in the Ringwood area,visiting the marvelous Blashford Lakes and also on the Isle of Wight just across the Solent from us. Olive and I are both "Born again Christians."
