By

I enjoyed a great day out with Alan and Mike yesterday,it was a bit sparse at Middleton lakes, needs a bit more time to mature,I feel, then we went on to the National memorial arboretum at Alrewas-a wonderful place. Here’s some shots from the day.

1.A RED BUTTERFLY.

2.A WHITE BUTTERFLY.

3.A GREEN FLY.

4.NATIONAL MONUMENT#1

5.NATIONAL MONUMENT PANORAMA.

6.R.A.F MEMORIAL#1.

7.R.A.F MEMORIAL#2.

8.CHARGE OF THE NOT SO LIGHT BRIGADE[apologies to Alan, and Mike who has probably used this shot already!]

Great blog and photos Phil.
Did they make you buy the coffees? . . . How many flocks of Kingfishers did you see? . . . lol!
Don't let on that I said so, but they're good company aren't they! ;-))

Great blog Phil - though I think your unkindness to Alan is inexcusable. I always treat him with disdain - I mean reverence. lol
