Birds on the Norfolk broads

By

I have been out today on our little boat trying to take photos of the birds.I would like to know what you think of them. So hear we go.

Seagull in flight. I took this while having a glass of wine and a smoke while sitting outside the Horning ferry pub after a lovely meal

Lots of Greylag gueese

I love this one of the pair of swans having a clean up

This cormorant took flight right in front of my camera and it was very close to the boat, I was not fast enough to catch it

This little long leg long necked Duck was the only one of its kind I thought it was very funny

This is one of my favorites

This coot was showing of to the females

I took this just when the sun started to go down And also I took these

donna, I really like the greylags and the coot. The dark menacing cloud landscape is really spectacular - colour isn't always best.

Donnah they are lovely shots, especially like No3, the swans preening themselves, have to agree with John about the clouds...

Lovely pics, Donna! I must admit to loving the swans pic. They look like a garden ornament you can pick up by the "handles" and "plonk" down elsewhere (bearing in mind your glass of vino).
