Hi Julius...make 2 fat dishes up every day at the moment.Mainly eaten by a flock of starlings and numerous blackbirds. I melt a block of lard, add porridge oats, seeds and a few sultanas and allow to set. They love it and its a great source of energy for them. Its wonderful that you had a nuthatch visit...lovely little birds..
